COVID-19 Relief Efforts

The Serving the Front Lines initiative raised money for Boston-area restaurants and provided fresh-cooked meals to front line healthcare workers.

Project Takeout encouraged readers to support local restaurants through the difficult weeks of COVID-19 winter. This effort helped support the entire restaurant ecosystem — from chefs, servers, line cooks, bartenders, and dishwashers to farmers, fishermen, bread companies, food distributors, and more.

Boston Helps provided a free resource that connected Bostonians who had been negatively impacted by the COVID-19 containment measures with Bostonians who were willing and able to help in a variety of ways: paying for groceries, essential toiletries, meal delivery services, local rideshare services, and more through

Arts Alive was an initiative launched to celebrate and support the arts with exclusive content provided by local theaters, musicians, and museums during the COVID-19 shutdown.
